Step into the enchanting world of 'Essence Unfolding',  a circus / contemporary dance fusion, with a smattering of poetry/spoken word created by 16 year old Orlando Green.

Come and experience the heartache, the joy and the journey of discovery of a person struggling with identity - but ultimately, the journey of growing into one's self.

Unfolding is Orlando (Ollie) Green's debut poetry collection, exploring raw themes of mental health struggles, identity and coming of age. 

Orlando Green is an emerging multidisciplinary creative who lives in Tāmaki Makaurau, and shares their circus, dance and poetry via Bat Wings Circus.On their journey of mental health recovery, their art is a reflection of their struggles, a coping mechanism and sometimes a glimpse of light.
